Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All refunds will come in the form of a store credit.
To be eligible for a return and due to Covid-19 your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on it.
To start a return, you can contact us at LF@littlefellowsclothing.com. Please provide your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees associated with returning items in unused condition. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.
Once your item is received, please allow 2-3 business day for your store credit to be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Please note that holiday specific items and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item you want and return the item you no longer want. This insures the new item still will be in stock. You will receive a store credit for the unwanted item upon return.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. After inspection you’ll be refunded in the form of a store credit minus shipping costs or provided a reason of why no refund is due.
